  • First Course – The Garden at Dusk. Heirloom Tomato & Burrata
Sun-ripened tomatoes at their best, paired with fresh burrata, basil, and a light drizzle of aged balsamic and olive oil. Paired With: San Martiño Blanc
  • Second Course – A Whisper of the Coast. Chilled Citrus Shrimp. Poached shrimp lightly dressed in citrus, layered with avocado and cucumber, finished with herbs and a hint of heat. Paired With: San Martiño Chilled Sangiovese.
  • Third Course – Fire & Summer Fields. Herb-Grilled Chicken with Peach Essence. Marinated and flame-grilled, served with charred summer vegetables and a light peach reduction. Paired With: San Martiño Tango (Malbec).
  • Fourth Course – The Sweet Goodbye. Lemon Tart with Summer Berries. Bright citrus custard, delicate pastry, and fresh berries. Paired With: Chilled White Port.

This wine is 90% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Tuscany in a bottle. It is complex with flavors of blackberry, plum, espresso, licorice, bittersweet chocolate, and a hint of vanilla. It is rich, smooth with the tannins that are supple, and has a long, beautiful finish.

VINIA 2020

Vinia 2020 is a blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Montepulciano, and 20% Petit Verdot. The wine opens with aromas of red fruit, crème de cassis, leafy tobacco, and subtle cinnamon. On the palate, it is juicy and dense, with layers of blackberry, black currant, and dark chocolate. This is a lively wine with energy, length, complexity, and refinement.

Vicennium

A wine with incredibly inky hues with layers of perfumed plum, dark berries, and mocha aromas followed by hints of spice. The texture on the palate is ultra-concentrated and silky with blackberry flavors and a touch of black pepper, cocoa, and allspice, leading to the lush, lingering, and focused finish.

It is composed of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon 2019, 45% Montepulciano 2019 and 10% Petit Verdot 2019. After fermentation, maceration was extended for 20 days, adding to the wine's velvety texture and concentrated, intense flavors before barrel aging. The wine aged 36 months in small, fine-grain American oak barrels ranging from 1 to 3 years old. The wine's structure, color, and fruit expression are very well balanced. This wine will age gracefully over the next ten years or more.
