Tapa de Iberico Jamon Asado (Roasted Iberico Pork). Friday, October 18, Friday, October 25, and Sunday, October 27. This is one of the typical dishes of Spanish cuisine that one cannot help but try. Iberico pork comes from the famous Iberian Black Pigs, which are only found in Spain and Portugal. Their unique diet and the fact that they can freely roam make them one of the most expensive meats in the world. This tapa will be served only on Friday, October 18 and 25, from 4 pm until 6 pm and Sunday, October 27, from 1:30 to 2:30 pm.
