Come to the winery, get a bottle of wine and enjoy a bratwurst and whatever else the winemaker is grilling. We will be cooking fresh Bratwursts in beer and then finish them on the grill. Served with sauerkraut, ketchup, mustard and a side of chips.
Aged 100% in small American Oak barrels. A well-balanced mid-palate wine with notes of vanilla and blackberry. A bit of dried floral character and chalky tannin gives way to a hint of anise, with cherry lifting the palate to a beautiful, lingering finish. Pair it with a good steak.
Silky, smooth, and supple, this is a full-bodied wine but does not drink with an overcomplicated heaviness. It has a great structure with well-integrated fruit and tannins.
