- Course 1: San Martiño’s Classic Cioppino. Cioppino is a hearty, tomato-based Italian-American seafood stew that originated in San Francisco, California, in the late 1800s. It is a signature dish of the city's Italian immigrant fishermen, who made it with the fresh "catch of the day" and served it with local sourdough bread. It contains shrimp, crab, langostinos, mussels, scallops, and more. We will make it to perfection and serve it with sourdough bread.
- Course 2: Braised Pork Shoulder Cuban Style, Caribbean Black Beans, and Cilantro Rice. Tender, slow-cooked pork shoulder infused with classic Cuban flavors—citrus, garlic, and warm spices—served alongside hearty Caribbean black beans simmered with onions and peppers. Paired with fluffy white rice lightly tossed with fresh cilantro, this vibrant meal brings the spirit of the islands to your table with each savory, comforting bite.
- Course 3: Decadent Chocolate Brownie with Rum Chocolate Sauce. A velvety, deeply rich chocolate brownie served warm, with a fudgy center that melts with every bite. Topped with a luscious rum-infused chocolate sauce that adds warmth, depth, and a touch of island indulgence. Pure decadence on a plate.
