Flan

FlanFlan is a traditional Spanish dessert and there are many versions. This recipe is wonderful for it's simplicity. If you've never made flan before, now is the time to try this recipe. Unfortunately, I can eat an entire flan by myself in just one sitting. It is that wonderful! I try not to make it very often as it doesn't last and as I get older the less of this indulgence I can handle. Be aware: it is addictive.
