Valentine's
Dinner. Would you like to have a romantic and fabulous
Valentine’s Celebration? Join us for dinner Saturday, Feb 11 for
a very special dinner which will take place in our tasting
room with the winery available to you and other guests only
and closed to the general public. The fireplace on, the
beautiful and soft sounds of Harp music (by Ruth Muckian) in the
background and that very special person next to you... Life is
good!
Attire: All Guests, Please… Business
Casual.
1. Reception by the Winemaker
and Your Chef for the Evening. Appetizers and a glass
of Champagne.
2. Black Mussels Provençale.
Fresh mussels, garlic, parsley, paprika, spices and wine make
for a succulent dish. Served with a glass of the yet to be
released Sauvignon Blanc 2011.
3. Intermezzo.
Strawberry - Limoncello Sorbet
4. Beef Tenderloin Asturias.
Tenderloin steak, paprika, shitake and Baby Bella mushrooms,
Cabrales Cheese and Cabernet Sauvignon reduction; roasted
asparagus with Pancetta. Served with a glass of Concept II.
5. Ultimate Valentine’s Day
Chocolate Indulgence. Decadent chocolate truffle cake,
chocolate rum sauce. Served with a glass of the yet to be
released Concept III. Note: if you are allergic to chocolate we
can provide a traditional Galician cheese plate as an option for
this course.
